Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Is a deposit required?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date if your order is placed at least 2 weeks before your event. The remaining balance is due 5 days before pick up or delivery. If your order is placed a week or less, then full payment is required.
What is the best way to store my cake?
Refrigerator! Please keep your custom cake and cupcakes in your fridge until it is ready to be served, at least 30 minutes to one-hour before serving.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver! Our delivery prices are based on distance.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
At this time we do not ship outside of Canada. Hopefully in the near future.
What happens to my deposit if something goes wrong?
In genuine extenuating circumstances, we will issue a one-time credit in the amount of your deposit towards a future purchase.
